The attached agenda will offer excellent training sessions on Thursday, October 22, 2009 in Walnut Creek and again on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 in Costa Mesa. In addition to our highly rated case law update, we will also offer a Legislative Update, and an informative presentation on what is involved in an orthopedic evaluation, with a demonstration of the various tests utilized to establish permanent impairment.
We will kick off the morning with a highly rated motivational presentation from a retired female firefighter, who will provide us with tips on dealing with the stressful events of our present economy, the downsizing issues and work load challenges. Not to be missed is a lively discussion on the various issues we face in dealing with the 15% bump up or down of the permanent disability benefits, and case law that has issued or is pending.
