Employee Recognition Program

Purpose

The CEO Employee Recognition Program (ERP) is designed to encourage CEO employees to make a positive difference either individually or as part of a team effort. The program recognizes achievements or accomplishments that contribute to the overall objectives of the CEO.

Objectives

Recognize and promote positive behaviors;
Provide opportunities to recognize individuals and team accomplishments;
Improve employee productivity and quality of work;
