• We are currently conducting our annual Building Security Audits and our requiring departments to complete an online survey.

• The Security Incident Report (SIR) has been REVISED:  It is now available as an electronic form (pdf). Please discard ALL previous versions and use this new, user-friendly version exclusively.  (June 2006)

• There is a NEW code for Lost Identification Cards: J-8:  The former designation, “Equipment Failure”, has been merged with J-7 to create “Power/Equipment Failure”.  Please begin using the new code(s) immediately.  (June 2006)

• OSM HAS A NEW e-mail address:  Send your general, non-ongoing case specific, questions to osm@ceo.lacounty.gov (June 2006)
