The County of Los Angeles Anti-Racism, Diversity, and Inclusion (ARDI) Initiative is partnering with the Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM) and BDO FMA to host a free virtual information session for community and faith-based organizations on navigating upcoming American Rescue Plan (ARP) contracting opportunities. Please join us on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, from 2:00 to 3:30 PM PDT, to learn more about potential funding and how to pursue contracts with the County of Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity to get customized support to help you access some of this historic government funding coming to Southern California – all at no cost to your organization! Please join CNM, BDO FMA, and the County of Los Angeles Anti-Racism, Diversity, and Inclusion (ARDI) Initiative for a special event on August 16. LA County staff will join us to provide valuable information on upcoming projects, available funding, and steps your organization can take to prepare to apply.

You’ll get grounded in the basics of finding information about LA County funding opportunities, determining fit for your organization, and strategies to help you plan for pursuing contracts and grants.

We’ll also share information about the Equitable Recovery Initiative, a project to support community-based organizations in strengthening their infrastructure to apply for and manage federal funds to support recovery in LA County. The Center for Nonprofit Management and its partner, BDO FMA, are ready to assist organizations in accessing, applying for, and managing current and upcoming American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding opportunities to serve LA County communities most impacted by COVID-19.  We are especially looking to engage BIPOC-led and BIPOC-serving organizations operating under a budget of $2.5M in this effort to ensure equitable access to funding.
