Get Involved with the OurCounty Sustainability Plan

The Chief Sustainability Office invites your feedback on the second OurCounty Annual Report—which summarizes how the County is implementing the nation’s most ambitious regional sustainability plan. Beginning this year, the CSO is combining its annual reporting into one comprehensive Annual Report which describes both how we’re doing and what parts of the plan we’ll prioritize for the upcoming year. The OurCounty 2021 Annual Report Discussion Draft is open for public comment from now through August 31, 2021.

Please send comments to sustainability@lacounty.gov. CSO is also hosting virtual office hours on August 17 and August 26. Please reserve time during our office hours through https://csolacounty.youcanbook.me.

The Chief Sustainability Office invites public input on OurCounty implementation priorities on an annual basis. Starting in 2021, public engagement in the prioritization process will take place annually during the month of August. We encourage stakeholders to sign up for our newsletter to receive annual reminders and updates.

County agencies that lead specific actions in the OurCounty plan also engage stakeholders directly in the planning and implementation of those actions. The OurCounty 2021 Priorities List Tracker spreadsheet contains contact information for the Lead County Entity of each action, as well as weblinks where you can find more information about how to get involved in select ongoing projects.
