AB 2854 Tax Revenue Sharing Agreements Reporting
Pursuant to Assembly Bill (AB) 2854 which added section 7213 to the California Revenue and Taxation Code, local agencies are required to report and publish information regarding any tax revenue sharing agreements related to sales and use tax revenues under the Bradley-Burns Uniform Local Sales and Use Tax Law.
