Our goal is to deliver coordinated and streamlined County support for our regional efforts to reduce unsheltered homelessness, reduce the prevalence of mental illness and substance use services among the unhoused, and prevent more people from falling into homelessness. Your community’s expertise and local knowledge will be crucial to the new department’s design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
