State of Black Los Angeles Community Reflection Sessions

Help shape the next State of Black Los Angeles County report!

This February and March, we’re bringing together residents and community members from across Los Angeles County to listen, learn, and reflect together. These gatherings will help shape the third edition of the State of Black Los Angeles County report, grounded in lived experience, community wisdom, and collective priorities.

The report is designed to document conditions, highlight challenges and opportunities, and elevate priorities that affect residents and communities across the County.

These sessions are opportunities for residents, advocates, service providers, and community leaders to:

• Share issues, data, and topics that should be reflected in the next SBLA report
• Speak to lived experiences in Los Angeles County, what’s working, what’s not, and where change is needed
• Help ensure the report reflects real community conditions and priorities

Your participation is a critical part of developing the third edition of the State of Black Los Angeles (SBLA) County Report. The report is designed to document conditions, highlight challenges and opportunities, and elevate priorities that affect Black residents and communities across the County.
