Celebrating LA County’s Diverse Communities

This April, Los Angeles County celebrates the heritage, history, and community celebrations of the rich diversity that strengthens our region. We proudly recognize Arab American Heritage Month, Armenian History Month, and Cambodian Heritage Month, honoring the profound contributions, resilience, and cultural legacies of Arab American, Armenian, and Cambodian communities in LA County and beyond.

We also celebrate Arts Month, which highlights the power of creativity to unite, inspire, and drive positive change, and Second Chance Month, which affirms our commitment to justice, redemption, and creating pathways for individuals to rebuild and thrive.

These observances reflect ARDI’s core mission: fostering inclusion, combating racism and bias, and building a county where every resident can thrive. By lifting up these diverse voices and stories, we move closer to a more equitable Los Angeles County.
