Service Integration Branch (SIB)

The Service Integration Branch (SIB) manages complex initiatives with multiple County departments and partners to develop solutions for long-standing issues affecting LA County residents.

Implementing the Countywide Strategic Plan

Improving the way County services and supports are implemented so that residents experience meaningful change that positively impacts their lives and their communities.

Coordinating the CalAIM Justice-Involved Initiative

Connecting adults and youth to community supports, and health and behavioral health services, when they exit incarceration.

Developing an extensive Information and Referral System

Ensuring that LA County residents have access to information about any available supports or services they are interested in receiving.

Expanding data sharing efforts

Setting up pathways for departments coordinating care to be able to share legally permissible data.
