Serve as CFCI Third-Party Administrator
On March 17, 2022, the Amity Foundation was introduced as the CFCI third-party administrator (TPA). As TPA, Amity will be responsible for disbursing CFCI and non-CFCI funds via grants or service contracts as a result of competitive solicitations. Amity Foundation invites you to attend its Listening Sessions regarding the upcoming funding opportunities under the Care First, Community Investment and Non- Care First, Community Investment funding. Please use the identified links below to register to attend any of the listening session webinars that are relevant for the services you seek to provide.
These listening sessions are designed to inform our funding solicitations. We are seeking information on community services gaps and areas where we should target funds. We are also seeking your input on outcome measures that would be appropriate for each program area. Please come prepared to discuss these specific areas.

Funding Opportunities are Launching for CFCI Programs
The applications for Care First Community Investment (CFCI) funded programs is now open.
Amity Foundation, the Third Party Administrator (TPA), is seeking applicants in the following program areas:
- Re-Envision Youth After-School and Summer Programs
- Career Education / Pathway Programs
- Youth-Specific Housing Interventions
- Culturally Affirming Family Reunification / Pre-Trial Family Support
- Support Services for Returning TGI, LGBQA+ Residents
- Reentry Programming for Women
- Youth Centers

The funding opportunities are part of Amity Foundation’s duties as the TPA for CFCI funds, and the first step in disbursing $55 million over three years, with the goal of equitably increasing funding access to community-based organizations that experience barriers to traditional County funding opportunities and, to address the impact of inequities within the criminal justice systems.
