COUNTY-OWNED PROPERTY UNIT

The County-Owned Property Unit, within the Property Management Section, acts as the proprietor of non-occupied County properties.  They also assist tenants of County-owned properties with management of the facilities, and providing various services on an ongoing basis.  Services include, but are not limited to:

• Management of vacant County-owned assets
• Weed Abatement
• Securing vacated property

COUNTY-LEASED PROPERTY UNIT

The County-Leased Property Unit, within the Property Management Section, serves as the initial point of contact for any requests by leasing departments, landlords, or property owners, with an existing leased facility.  This unit ensures that the tenant and landlord abide by the terms of the lease, and arbitrates disputes.  Services include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting tenants with facility issues or requests
• Lease analysis interpretation, and enforcement

PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT

The Project Management Unit, within the Project Management Section, is comprised of highly-focused, experienced project management professionals, responsible for the planning and development of County leased space.  We are dedicated to the creation of quality environments for productivity, and innovation in support of Los Angeles County CEOs vision and values.
