Master Planning Division

Master Planning develops strategic long-range master plans for the County’s real estate portfolio including plans for County departments, large under-utilized buildings and sites, and regions of the County. In collaboration with County Departments, the Division assesses the need for facilities to respond to projected service demand. The Division also supports advancing Board priorities, such as homelessness. The Division partners with sister divisions to develop the overarching vision for the Branch, reflected in the 2020 Strategic Asset Management Plan.
